During the 2016 Presidential campaign, Donald Trump was blasted for criticizing the open-armed refugee policy practiced by Obama, Trump’s criticism that the process was seriously flawed due to a lack of proper vetting raised cries of Islamophobia and xenophobia on the Left.
As with so many other comments by Trump, this one turns out to be inconveniently true and it poses a tremendous risk to Americans.
Creeping Sharia has reported that “a former Iraqi insurgent fighter was able to lie about his identity and still get through America’s ‘extreme’ vetting process”, and the new Trump administration wants to know how this happened.
The Iraqi male, whose identity has been protected by the Obama regime, is on record as fighting against American troops until his capture by Special Forces.
Upon his release, he at some point gained a fake ID and arrived in this country as a ‘refugee’. It didn’t take Texas authorities long to uncover the ruse.
Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis) sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions in March stating that, upon learning of who the Iraqi really was, the “[Joint Terrorism Task Force] and the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Western District of Texas sought to prosecute this refugee,” but “local law enforcement and prosecutors allegedly ‘met resistance’ from officials within the National Security Division’s Counter Terrorism section in Washington DC.”
Johnson wants answers as to why the arrest was denied, allowing the Iraqi insurgent to disappear into the populace.
Americans also want answers and this is why they elected Donald Trump.
